Recently I started my third year already at Vopak, now as a Program Manager for Digital Port Solutions at Vopak Agencies. In the past years as Management Trainee I got to experience different departments within Vopak, build up a big internal network doing so ánd got the right tools to continuously develop myself both personally and as a colleague. It has been a valuable program for me to strengthen my profile and set out my Vopak career accordingly. I am really excited to be working on the Digitization of the port the coming year(s).
In March 2018 I started as Management Trainee at Vopak and joined the Digital Innovation Team. During my first weeks, I focused on getting to know Vopak. I put on my coveralls and safety shoes to experience the challenges my colleagues at the terminal encounter. The terminal is the very heart of Vopak's core business and where innovative ideas are tested in order to optimize processes. As Management Trainee I really enjoy the freedom to start your own projects and to discover what I want to achieve within Vopak.
